This role is perfect for someone who loves supporting children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work closely with teachers to build pupils’ confidence, foster self-belief, and encourage a love of learning in a nurturing and structured environment. If you are a recent graduate with experience supporting children with SEN or Challenging Behaviour this would be an amazing opportunity to get hands on experience within a school setting.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate preferred
• Experience supporting children with SEN or challenging behaviour
• Available to start immediately
• Willing to apply for a DBS if your current DBS is not on the Update Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils’ learning and development in the classroom
• Assisting with children who have additional needs or challenging behaviour
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
