In this varied role, you will work closely with the class teacher to support learning across the classroom, deliver small-group interventions, and help pupils build confidence in English and Maths.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide classroom support to the class teacher during lessons
• Deliver targeted small-group interventions in English and Maths
• Support pupils both academically and socially
• Assist with engaging lunchtime activities
• Participate in optional after-school clubs (overtime paid for additional hours)
