A high-achieving and forward-thinking primary school in Putney, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis with an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience across the academic year within a supportive and dynamic school environment. The role will involve supporting pupils with mild learning needs within a mainstream setting, giving you the chance to build meaningful relationships and contribute to pupils’ academic and personal development.

About the Role:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday
• Immediate start, running for the full academic year
• Based in a well-respected primary school in Putney
• Daily pay between £93 – £107 PAYE
• Supporting across different year groups and abilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Supporting pupils who require additional help with their learning
• Running small group interventions and providing 1:1 support when needed
• Helping to create a positive and structured classroom environment
• Adapting to different classroom situations and supporting the wider school team
