Are you a confident and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are working with a welcoming primary school in Willesden that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This rewarding role will involve supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping to drive academic progress through targeted 1:1 and small group interventions. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging support that enables pupils to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions in English and Maths.
• Support pupils’ academic progress across KS1 and KS2.
• Reinforce classroom learning and adapt support to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team.
• Encourage pupils’ confidence, engagement, and independence in learning.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum across KS1 and KS2.
• Confidence supporting pupils academically, particularly in English and Maths.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
