JOB DESCRIPTION

• Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Work with disadvantaged students (SEN)
• Work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• General classroom duties
• Promote positive behaviour in the classroom
• Long term, Full-time position
• Paid £75 – £90 per day (dependent on role and experience!)
• Work Monday –Friday, school hours

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Core subject degree required, 2:1 or above
• English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Drama and Physical Education Graduates needed
• Strong A-Level and GCSE results
• Some experience of working with children (in any setting)
• A strong desire to work in education
• Confident and friendly personality
