All our candidates undergo stringent checks and have to provide all relevant original documentation which we verify before we clear them for work. First we’ll carry out a face to face interview with every candidate, then we will follow up with a sequence of checks which include but not limited to:

• Referee details to undertake professional references
• A full 6 year employment history
• Proof of identity
• An enhanced DBS disclosure
• Proof of address using DBS list of acceptable documents
• Entitlement to work in the UK
• Original qualifications documents checked
• Visa requirements (where applicable)
• Overseas police check (where applicable)
  

We then carry out:

• QTS check (where applicable)
• NQT induction status (where applicable)
• Amongst other checks
