Main Responsibilities:

• Be patient, enthusiastic and proactive
• Assist class teacher with behaviour management, marking work, playtime duty and liaising with parents
• Leading 1:1 and small group interventions i.e. phonics, numeracy and literacy
• Encourage participation from SEN pupils and support them where necessary
