Ortus Recruitment are excited to present the opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of EYFS Teaching Assistant.

You will be part of a supportive and inspirational Primary School situated in North West London. You will support the class teacher in the planning, preparation and delivery of lesson material, while also confidently leading interventions with small groups of children or working on a 1:1 basis to help raise attainment.

It is situated in the London Borough of Brent – a vibrant and diverse area with an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes as well as multiple transportation links e.g. Kensal Rise station, Queens Park station and bus routes all within walking distance of the school.

Main Expectations:

• 3+ months experience supporting Early Years children (desirable)
• Have a minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant subject e.g. psychology or education
• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum (desirable)
• Must be able to provide: an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one through Ortus Recruitment), proof of Right to Work in the UK and 2 references
