Year 5 Teaching Assistant | Hounslow London

Ortus Recruitment are working alongside a supportive and welcoming Primary School in Hounslow, London, who are looking for a Year 5 Teaching Assistant who can support the class Teacher in the planning, preparation and delivery of lessons, as well as support low attainment student by leading Maths and English interventions on a 1:1 or small group basis.

This role will involve supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 basis, so having the right attitude to care for a young and vulnerable learner is essential.

Teaching Assistant role:

• Full-time, long-term

• Potential to undertake Teacher training
• Ofsted rated ‘Good’ School
• Supportive senior leadership
• £375 – £450 PAYE, paid weekly (No Umbrella company fees!)

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Strong Academic background.
• Proactive, Reliable and professional attitude.
• Experience around children.
• Confident supporting across the primary curriculum.
• Comfortable supporting SEN.
