• SEN Year 3 Teaching Assistant
• Immediate Start
• Long-term and full-time
• Daily rate of £75 – £90 per day

The Year 3 SEN Teaching Assistant will provide support in a classroom setting by effectively managing behaviour, keeping the classroom organised and working on a 1:1 basis with a child with autism and challenging behaviour.

Year 3 SEN Teaching Assistant role:

• Be proactive, reliable and enthusiastic
• Manage behaviour effectively
• Support children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis
• Lead numeracy, phonics and literacy interventions in small groups to raise low attainment levels and reach set targets
• Confidently engage pupils with the KS2 curriculum

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to progress within a school setting and gain invaluable experience working alongside a motivating Senior Leadership Team, with the potential to become permanent and/or go on to do Teacher Training in partnership with the school.

Must be able to provide: an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one through Ortus Recruitment), proof of Right to Work in the UK and 2 references
