Main Responsibilities:

• Assist class teacher with behaviour management, marking work, lesson planning, playground duty and liaising with parents
• Leading 1:1 and small group interventions i.e. phonics, numeracy and literacy
• Encourage participation from SEN pupils and support them where necessary
• Engage students confidently and help them obtain set targets
• Ensure the safety and welfare of the pupils
• Aid in the overall social, emotional and academic development of the children

**Individuals who have recently graduated from university with a minimum 2:2 degree in psychology, educational studies or other relevant degree would be ideal!**
