A brilliant Primary School in The London Borough of Merton are looking to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to work with a boy in Year 5 for an ASAP start.

The Headteacher is looking for a Behaviour Mentor with the following attributes:

·Must be able to think on your feet

·Absolutely needs to be dependable, punctual, and highly reliable

·Be a caring and committed graduate

·Hungry and ambitious graduate

·Strong academics throughout

·You must be a graduate who is able to inspire and motivate the pupils

You will be working on a 1:1 basis in KS2, supporting a pupil with behaviour issues, and helping them to grow and to develop. It’s a fantastic role with huge potential for caring and driven graduates who are keen to make a difference daily.
