Graduate Teaching Assistant | West Drayton

Ortus Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a three-form entry primary school who are seeking a graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team in January. The school are particularly interested in someone who has future aspirations of undergoing teacher training.

Our partner primary school is friendly and welcoming and an inclusive and creative educational approach. They have a very strong track record supporting Graduate TA’s to go on to complete Teacher training, and look to help develop teaching skills in their staff from day one.

You will have the opportunities to work with excellent resources and facilities to aid successful learning outcomes for the pupils that you work with.

As a graduate teaching assistant, the successful candidate will be assisting across the school helping support pupils that require additional attention, in small groups and 1:1. You will need to be confident across the curriculum and with a variety of SEN.
