Behaviour Mentor with Creative Arts experience

Are you an experienced behaviour mentor with a background in creative arts? Do you have a passion for working with autistic children and special education needs (SEN)? If so, Ortus Recruitment have the perfect opportunity for you at our partnered SEN school in Kennington!

As a behaviour mentor, you will be responsible for implementing behaviour management plans, providing one-on-one and small group support for academic and social development, and facilitating positive interactions with peers. Your background in creative arts will be especially valuable in helping students with autism communicate and regulate their emotions through creative expression.

To be considered for this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field and experience working with children with autism or other special needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also a must.
