As a 1:1 support Teaching Assistant in Year 3, you’ll work closely with the child, class teacher, and SENCO to provide personalized care and education. You’ll be responsible for assisting with the child’s personal care and ensuring their participation in class activities, as well as providing progress updates and any concerns to the class teacher and SENCO. You’ll also collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring that the child receives the support they need to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong academic background, experience working with children with special educational needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for making a difference. You’ll be a team player who is dedicated to providing the best possible care and education to our students.

This is a full-time role with competitive pay of £80-£95 PAYE, Monday to Friday during school hours. An enhanced DBS check is required.
