Ortus Recruitment is working closely with a Primary School in West Croydon who are looking for a striving Teaching Assistant to work within their friendly team.

The school has been graded ‘Outstanding’ in their most recent Ofsted report and have excellent modern facilities to ensure children have the best equipment to support their learning. The site is located by a near by well connected train station.

If you have classroom experience or experience working with children of the primary age range, as well as experience working with SEND then we would love to hear from you!

 The Role:

• KS2 Teaching Assistant
• 1:1/small group support
• West Croydon
• £80-£90 per day PAYE
• Immediate start
• Full-time
• Long-term

Your role will include supporting the class teacher plan and deliver lessons, and support pupils who need extra support academically. You will take particular pupils out of class to work on a 1:1 basis with subjects. In addition to this you will help cover break and lunch times, and other general admin tasks.
