Ortus Recruitment is working on behalf of a Hounslow based Primary School who are looking to take on a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant, to support behaviour on a 1:1 basis in their Year 3 class. This role is fulltime and long-term with an immediate start.

Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant (SEMH)

• London Borough of Hounslow
• Primary School (Lower KS2 – Y3/Y4)
• Full Time
• Long term contract
• £80 – £90 a day (PAYE – no umbrella company deductions!)

This Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant role, will involve supporting the pupil emotionally, socially and academically, so can be challenging at times, but it is a wonderful opportunity to make a genuine impact on the life of a young learner.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Experience with children.
• Experience supporting behaviour.
• Clear spoken and written communicator.
• Proactive, reliable and flexible.
• Strong academic background with the ability to support across the Primary curriculum.
• Committed and mature attitude towards work.
