Ortus Recruitment is working closely with a creative and vibrant Hounslow based primary school, who are seeking a passionate Autism Support Assistant to support them in their Autism Resource Provision (ARP) starting straight away.

• £80 – £90 per day for Autism Support Assistant (PAYE!)
• Long Term, Full-Time Autism Support Assistant role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Autism Support Assistant, with a strong academic background who is capable in both literacy and numeracy, a degree would be preferable but is not essential.

The school need someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately, so previous experience supporting children with SEN is an absolute must. It is also essential that you have a passion for education, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.

In this Autism Support Assistant post you will be supporting a small class EYFS pupils in a provision that caters specifically for Autism. There is an expert team already in place so you will be given specialist support and guidance from the SEN teacher, other SEN support specialists and the head of provision, who work closely together to provide the best development for staff and education for children.
