1:1 Support – Challenging Behaviour – Primary – Year 6 – £80-£90 per day PAYE

A vibrant school in Sutton are currently looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work closely with a pupil with behavioural needs.

The Role:

• Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment for the students

• Working within a supportive staff grouping where everyone follows the same standards and ethos

• Support students in a group setting and on a 1-1 basis, between the ages of 11-16 years old with SEMH

• Be a positive role model to the students and encourage positive behaviour

Requirements:

• Prior experience supporting children with SEN and SEMH

• Be confident with behaviour de-escalation and behaviour management

• Candidates must hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS upon registration

• Have proof of eligibility to work in the UK
