The role

• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Hampton Hill
• Full time – long term
• Immediate start
• Monday-Friday
• PAYE (£80-£90)

The Requirements:

• You must have experience supporting SEN children and/or adults, experience supporting vulnerable adults/young people in a care, residential, school or social setting
• You need to be able to start immediately and commit to full time, long term work
• You need to be able to easily build a positive rapport with both pupils and staff
• You need to be confident and able to support learners 1:1 and in small groups
• You must be able to think quick on your feet and be able to adapt to stressful situations
• You need to be passionate about working with children and dedicated to aiding their academic and behavioural development
