Learning Support Assistant – New Addington

For this role, I am recruiting for a friendly and nurturing Learning Support Assistant who is keen to work with learners across primary ages with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The role will require you to work closely with the students, providing academic and emotional support in order to build a rapport with them. Due to the needs of the students, the ideal Learning Support Assistant will need to have experience working with children or young people who have been diagnosed with ASD and may have challenging behaviour. This role requires a full-time commitment on a temp-perm basis.

• £80-£95 per day PAYE

Your role will be based in the classroom alongside the class teacher, assisting with any students that require 1:1 guidance and working with small groups to help complete tasks when required.
