SEN Teaching Assistant – Croydon – ASC Support – £85-£100 Per Day PAYE

Ortus Recruitment are working closely with a mainstream Primary School situated in Croydon who are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in Year 5 who has mild Autism.

The headteacher of this vibrant school is looking for someone who is eager to come in and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate would have experience working within a Primary School setting, and have some SEN experience, although they are open to candidates who have a fantastic work ethic and are eager to learn new skills.

Your role day to day will involve working closely with the identified pupil with their classwork and personal development. You will ensure they are staying on task with their daily activities and social skills.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Have experience working with SEN
• Be willing to commit to a long-term, full-time role
• Have an enthusiastic work ethic
• Clear written and spoken communicator
• Excellent academic background
• Hold a fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service

This role pays between £85-£100 per day PAYE depending on experience, interviews and trials will be commencing ASAP.
