PRU Learning Support Assistant.

Location: Kingston.

Ortus recruitment are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU). We’re looking for a strong passionate induvial who’s looking to take on a challenge in a new environment. This role will require you to work both 1:1 and in a class-room environment with your children. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of children with behavioural difficulties. All children inside this school will have Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, they’re un-able to attend mainstream schools due to this. You’ll be tasked with creating exciting and creative activities for the children.

The school you will be working with is known for its brilliant reputation in the local community. They have great resources for you to develop the children’s learning, you will need to make sure that you always have the children’s best interests at heart when working with them. The staff you will be working with are all very strong individuals in this field, they’re experienced professionals and are ready to help bring a new member of staff into their already great team. The successful candidate will be someone who always goes out of their way to help develop the children’s learning.

Job details/schedule

Ortus recruitment are looking for a passionate individual who is ready to take on a Full-time, long term role.

Working days: Monday-Friday.

Daily pay: £80-£95, per day (PAYE payments).

Working hours: 8:30am, 4:00pm.
