The school is a 2-form entry primary school based in a vibrant location with easy transportation links (northern line etc). This role is a full-time position and the school seeks a candidate who is available long-term, for an immediate start position.

Role Description:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will assume a pivotal role in the realm of education, providing support to students with diverse needs in KS2. Your core responsibility entails closely collaborating with the class teacher to create an enriching and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or analogous role is highly regarded.
• A profound dedication to working with students possessing diverse needs, coupled with a resolute commitment to their well-being and holistic development.
• Superlative communication skills, both written and verbal, underpinning an exceptional ability to relate to diverse individuals.
• A reservoir of patience, empathy, and adaptability to navigate the fluid dynamics of an educational setting.
• Demonstrated prowess in teamwork, fostering harmonious and collaborative interactions.
• A proactive and optimistic outlook, underpinned by an unwavering enthusiasm for personal and professional growth.
• Qualifications pertinent to education or SEN support are considered advantageous, though not obligatory.
