The role:

• Position: Learning Support Assistant
• Location: Richmond
• Full time – long term
• Immediate start
• PAYE £80-£90
• Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage children to interact with their peers and take part in the lessons.
• Keep record of the children’s progress and report feedback back to the teachers.
• Work on a 1:1 basis with students who have SEN
• Ensuring that all children have a safe learning environment and are assisted in their learning and development.
• Supporting the SENCo and SEN professionals, helping children with EHCPs
