Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the learning and development of our primary school students. You will work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging classroom environment, ensuring that all children have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to individual students or small groups, both in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their best.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • A willingness to learn and engage in professional development.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
