Ortus recruitment is looking to for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our partnered primary school based in Streatham to support a Year 6 class.

This role is for a Teaching Assistant who wants to take the next step in their development who:

• Wants to join a lively, dedicated and motivated team
• Can achieve the highest standards in teaching, learning, assessment and pupil outcomes
• Is seeking a role where they can make a real difference to the development of the school

Working Hours:

• Full Time, Monday to Friday TTO (08.30am – 4pm)

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a degree in education, child development, psychology, or a related field.
• A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
• A nurturing and patient demeanour, with the ability to provide emotional support to students when needed.
• A willingness to learn and grow as an educator.
• Willing to undergo a fully enhanced DBS Check
