Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced KS2 Classroom Teaching Assistant to join an enthusiastic teaching team. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting the educational and personal development of our Key Stage 2 pupils.

Responsibilities:

As a KS2 Classroom Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will involve:

• Providing support to the class teacher in the planning and delivery of lessons.
• Assisting with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Offering individualized support to students, including those with special educational needs.
• Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to enhance the learning experience.
• Monitoring and recording student progress and behavior.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working with Key Stage 2 students in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and empathetic approach to working with children.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student welfare.
