Ortus Recruitment are working with a mainstream primary school in the Merton borough and they are searching for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to commit to a full time-long term role.

This role has an immediate start, therefore the candidate applying for this role will need to be able to start ASAP. You will also need previous experience working with SEN and a fully enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to process one through Ortus Recruitment (£52.)

During this role, you will be working in a year 3 class with a student who has mild autism supporting them within the classroom, break and lunch. You will also be responsible for ensuring the student is engaging in the lessons and interacting with their peers to boost their self-esteem.
