Ortus Recruitment are currently recruiting for an mainstream primary school in Merton. They are seeing an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills, to support children with Autism across all years.

The role:

• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Merton
• Full time-long term
• PAYE £80-£90
• Immediate start
• Monday-Friday

SEN Teaching Assistant requirements:

• Experience with SEN children, preferably Autism/Challenging behaviour
• Experience supporting primary school children
• Confidence and ability to implement positive behaviour strategies, thereby removing barriers to learning
• Demonstrate resilience and a driven approach to support as a Challenging Behaviour TA.
