Ortus Recruitment is presently in search of a Full-Time Teaching Assistant to become part of a thriving primary school in the lively. This role primarily focuses on assisting Key Stage 1 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the class teacher to deliver dynamic and interactive lessons for KS1 students.
• Assisting with classroom activities to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
• Providing individual support to students who may benefit from additional assistance.
• Playing an active role in establishing an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• While prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young children is beneficial, it is not obligatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with students, teachers, and staff.
• A genuine passion for guiding children on their educational journey, coupled with a commitment to their growth and well-being.
• Exhibiting patience, empathy, and adaptability to accommodate various learning styles and unique needs.
• While qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
• The role necessitates an Enhanced DBS check, which Ortus Recruitment can facilitate if necessary.
