Behaviour Mentor – Merton – Full-time – £80-£95 per day

Position Overview:
As a Behavior Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students and individuals in overcoming behavioral barriers to their personal and academic development. You will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters personal growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students facing behavioral challenges.
- Develop individualized behavior plans and strategies to address specific needs.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Foster social and emotional development through effective communication and guidance.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to monitor progress and implement effective interventions.
- Encourage self-awareness and personal growth in students.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience working with students or individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Empathy and patience in working with individuals facing behavioral difficulties.
