Role Overview:

• Provide 1:1 support in behavior management within a Year 3 class.
• Emotionally, socially, and academically support the designated pupil.
• Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Desired Qualities:

• Experience working with children.
• Demonstrable experience in behavior support.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
