Teaching Assistant Level 3
Our partnered mainstream primary school based in Kennington are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join their school on a full-time basis for the rest of the academic year.
Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant Level 3, you will work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. You may carry out work in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.
Experienced Teaching Assistant Level 3 required to work across the academy supporting students in the classroom with SEN needs.
Hours: 32.5 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 Days (39 Weeks)

Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree or relevant qualifications in Education, Maths, English, Sciences, Psychology, Drama, or Performing Arts or related field
- Strong understanding of working with children/ young people, e.g., Youth Work, Mentoring, Tutoring, Childcare, Voluntarily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to undergo a full Enhanced DBS check
