Ortus Recruitment is looking for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join one of our lovely client schools to work with a KS1 pupil. The school is located in Haringey, London, and is waiting to welcome the new teaching assistant to their wonderful team.

The role:

• You will be working mainly with a KS1 Pupil 1:1
• Need to run small group interventions
• Support the classroom
• Manage the classroom behaviour
• Assisting mainly with literacy and numeracy

The requirements:

• Enhanced DBS
• Good understanding of the UK curriculum
• 3-6 months of SEN experience
• Level 3 qualification or higher
