Ortus Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our partnered mainstream primary school situated in the London Borough of Ealing. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
• Working mainly 1:1 with a child with autism
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress

Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with students in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passion for supporting student learning and development
