Are you a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Mentor looking for a new opportunity in education?
Ortus Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate individual to join a dynamic team as a Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Mentor in the vibrant Lambeth area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to students with challenging behavior
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment
- Offer guidance and mentorship to students to promote positive behavior choices
- Maintain accurate records of interventions and progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role
- Strong understanding of behavior management strategies in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
- Relevant qualifications in education or psychology are desirable
