We are recruiting for an KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant at an outstanding mainstream Primary school located in Ealing Broadway. The school has excellent provisions in place to provide a safe and happy learning environment for it’s pupils.

The candidate needs to be able to be able to manage behaviour of the child and encourage them to excel academically.

About the KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant role:

• Full time and long-term
• Potential to turn in to a permanent contract for the right person
• Pay £85 – £105 per day
• Supporting pupils with Autism and Complex Needs
• You will be required to support small groups as well as offer one-to-one intervention when necessary

KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• You must have previous experience supporting young people with Autism / ASC or dealing with behaviour
• Hold a Level 3 qualification or have a degree
• You will need to be resilient, patient, and adaptable to a dynamic and changing environment
• They expect all staff to contribute and promote a fun, caring, relaxed and safe environment for staff and pupils

They have an experienced and supportive Senior Leadership Team, and the successful candidate will benefit from the guidance and encouragement of the expert SENCO, who is known for helping push the development of all their SEN Teaching Assistant staff.
