ORTUS RECRUITMENT are seeking an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join the EYFS team at a lovely, mainstream Primary School in Barnet. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously worked in private nurseries or within a primary school setting, as well as individuals who are CACHE level 3 qualified.

You will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for development to thrive and children to learn, play and grow. You will lead phonics and reading interventions in small groups to raise attainment, liaise with parents/carers, manage behaviour in the classroom, supervise playtime and organise the classroom.

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have a good understanding of the EYFS Framework
• Have experience working with SEN children
• Have the ability to communicate clearly + effectively
• Promote social, emotional and personal development
• Have experience working in a classroom setting
• Be patient, compassionate and enthusiastic
• Be CACHE Level 3 qualified
