Year 6 Teaching Assistant | South Croydon | KS2

Ortus Recruitment are currently hiring for a Teaching Assistant role working in a Year 6 class at a local school.

If you have previous experience with children in a work setting and are keen to further boost your experience then this role would be a great opportunity.

Located in South Croydon, the school is a quick commute for those who travel by public transport as there are many bus routes and stations nearby. It is also easily accessible for those who drive and cycle to work.

The role will involve working closely with the students of a Year 6 class throughout the year preparing them for secondary school and their exams. Towards the end of the year the students will have to take their SATs. Due to this, you will need a strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum to provide the best support during lessons.

In order to apply for this role you will need a fully enhanced DBS on the update service, can provide two references and are available for full time work. The role is Monday to Friday from 8:30am-4pm.
