What We Are Looking For:

• Preferred but not essential: Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children both on a one-to-one basis and within group scenarios, with a commitment to their academic and personal development.
• Demonstrated values of honesty, perseverance, and curiosity, driven by a dedication to serve all learners within our school community.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills to support student learning effectively.
• Initiative and confidence to teach pupils individually and in groups under the guidance of the class teacher.
• Ability to manage pupils in a positive and calm manner, fostering an environment conducive to high standards of learning.
