Key Responsibilities:
– Work closely with the class teacher in the day-to-day running of the classroom.
– Assist in organizing and directing group activity work.
– Run small support groups with pupils who need extra help.
– Provide one-on-one support for students as needed.
– Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
– Psychology degree or related field.
– Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their educational development.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
