Unqualified Primary Teaching Assistant – Full time
This role is for someone that wants to achieve their potential and further strive their career in teaching/education. In this role you will be require to work with children of all primary school ages. This role will be suited to someone who is caring, kind and wants to really make a difference in helping children with special needs/learning difficulties.
The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support 1:1 with an Autistic child in a Year 4 class. The senior leadership at the school are supporting and friendly, and have worked to build a welcoming atmosphere where learner and staff feel enabled to grow and develop. The schools stretch their most able and support those with special and additional needs – they want to ensure that all have the opportunities they need to fulfil their potential and the Special Needs TA hired for this role will become part of this community.
Requirements:
- enthusiastic about children, their learning and supporting young people
- able to work well as a team both in the classroom and across the school
- able to show confidence and diligence in behaviour management and is resilient
- demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to motivate children in their learning
Benefits:
- pay £85 – £100, paid weekly, PAYE – No hidden agency/umbrella company fees
- Monday to Friday 8:30 – 4:30
