Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the educational and pastoral needs of our students. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning.

  • Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare would be advantageous.
