Salary: Β£85-Β£100 A Day PAYE (dependent on experience)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with special educational needs, ensuring they can fully engage with the curriculum and school life. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commitment to supporting childrenβs educational and personal development. ππ©βπ«π¨βπ«
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering individualized support for pupils with SEN. πβ¨
- Provide one-on-one and small group support, adapting learning materials to meet each childβs needs. π€πΆ
- Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. ππ«
- Support the preparation of specialized teaching materials and resources. ππ¨
- Assist with the assessment and recording of pupilsβ progress and development. ππ
- Contribute to the supervision and care of pupils during break and lunchtimes. πβ½
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and other staff to ensure cohesive and effective support for pupils. π€π©βπ«π¨βπ«
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs. β€οΈπΆ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. π£οΈπ€
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team. ππ₯

- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. ππ
- Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification in SEN support is desirable. ππ«
