• Position: Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Southwark, South Central London

Job Description

• 1:1 Support: Provide individualized support to an Autistic child in a Year 4 class.
• Assist Across Year Groups: Support children with a range of SEN, including:
  • Autism/ASD
  • ADHD
  • SEMH
  • Behavioural difficulties
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and record children’s progress.
• Work Environment: Contribute to a welcoming and supportive atmosphere fostered by the senior leadership team.

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Passion: A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
• Experience: Previous experience working with children with Autism and ADHD.
• Enthusiasm: Natural enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Safeguarding: Understanding of safeguarding children.
