Ortus Recruitment are thrilled to be supporting a vibrant primary school based in Brixton Hill. The school are currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join the team from September 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and supporting primary environment.

The successful applicant will be supporting pupils within small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required, providing intervention and support within the classroom. The pupil who require support will either have SEMH  or ASD.

What to expect from applicants?

• Experience supporting pupils within the classroom.
• Prior experience of supporting pupils with SEND is also (beneficial but not essential)

This is a great opportunity to build your experience supporting pupil in education with SEN or behavioural Issues.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:

• Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, such as Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
• Available to join the school from September 2024 until the end of the academic year
• Available on a full-time basis
