Ortus Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic primary school in Heston. This full-time position focuses on supporting Year 2 students and offers a competitive daily rate of £85 – £100, with PAYE. The role is set to begin in September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Year 2 teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
• Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere
• Support the social and academic development of students through targeted interventions

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to engage and support students effectively
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting classroom activities
