Salary: £80 – £100 per day PAYE

Working Hours: 08:30 am to 04:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.

Behaviour Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Must be experienced with SEMH

• Seeking someone who is proactive, resilient, can uphold high standards of school and get the best out of the pupils

• The successful candidate will be able to put the needs of the children at the forefront of what they do, taking into consideration individual special educational needs

• Strong understanding of SEMH, safeguarding, and child protection practices.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
