Essential skills that are required to have:

• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
• Experience working with children with Autism/ADHD
• Have a natural enthusiasm for working with young children
• The ability to monitor and record a child’s progress
• An understanding of safeguarding children

As an Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside children with a range of SEN, including Autism/ ASD, ADHD, children with SEMH needs and behavioural difficulties.

This role is for someone that wants to achieve their potential and further strive their career in teaching/education. In this role you will be require to work with children of all primary school ages.
